6 Laguiole steak knives, olive tree wood
420 stainless steel blade : this steel is perfect for steak knife. It is a hard steel easy to sharpen. It also features enough chrome to prevent it from rusting.
It is commonly used among all european cutlers. Complies with food norms (martensitic steel norm EB10088-2-2005). Olive tree wood handle with two forged bolsters : the 2 bolsters guarantee the strenght of the handle.
These are forged. The olive-tree wood is naturally veined and gives this knife authenticity, and carries an image of traditional values. Supplied in wooden gift box (oak wood).
