Steak knives made according to very strict specifications: Blades in 440 stainsless steel, also known as 'surgical steel'. It is the perfect mix between chrome (to protect against rust) and carbon (to ensure sharpness). Martensitic steel compliant with EN10088-2 2005. Ribbed olive wood handles. Two full stainless steel forged bolsters. Delivered in an gift box.
